Pitas sprayed with avocado oil and sprinkled with garlic and basil make great pizza crusts.
You can buy inexpensive pre-made pizza crusts from stores like Costco. You can buy pizza dough from Trader Joe’s. These make good and very good crusts, respectively. They’re convenient options. But the easiest and most flexible option I’ve seen is using pitas.
This recipe uses several other Murderless Meals recipes I’ve linked to here, such as pita/pizza sauce, cashew cream and vegan sausage. My intention is not to overwhelm you. Those building block recipes use staple ingredients that you can keep in your pantry, and they come together very easily, especially once you’re familiar with them. You can certainly cut corners and use canned pizza sauce, vegan cream cheese and your favorite vegan meat (if desired). But it’s worth learning to make the building blocks, since you can use them in a range of other recipes. Be sure to check them out, whatever your speed is tonight!
